As soon as you arrive, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap.
Inspired by the London atmosphere, this apartment is however located in the heart of Paris overlooking the interior courtyard of a typical parisian building .
Perfect for a short or long stay, you will take your meals in a calm atmosphere in the quiet living room open to a fully furnished kitchen
You are right on the Parisian Broadway, between les Grands Boulevards and Montmatre. Numerous theaters, restaurants, bars and boutiques are waiting for you!
The tourist tax is applicable.
Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 9 rue du caire or by phone on +33142335733
For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested
