In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

It is in the heart of Paris, near the Opera Garnier and the Grands Boulevards, in a magnificent Haussmanian building that you will stay.

As soon as you enter our luxurious 108 m2 apartment, you will be immersed in the world of Leonardo Da Vinci or Vincent Van Gogh!

With its 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, equipped with wifi, hairdryers in each bathroom , toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, TV, everything has been thought of to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

8 people will be easily accommodated and will love to meet at the end of a hectic day in the capital, in the living room or the dining area to share a moment of warmth and conviviality.

In its open space kitchen you will find: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery / cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle., and everything you will need to prepare a meal, snack or aperitif with friends or family.


Our apartment is located in the Grands Boulevards district,, famous for Parisian nights and entertainment with its bars, large breweries and numerous performance halls (Opéra Comique, Folies Bergère, Le Grand Rex, etc.).

You will be a 15-minute walk from the Louvre museum, and, it will take you a wonderful walk to get there, passing through the sumptuous gardens of the Royal Palace.


For lovers of wax statues, simply walk down the boulevard de Montmartre to find the Grévin Museum and all its personalities. Whether you are a music, movie or football fan, you will find your happiness and certainly your idol in this establishment, opened in 1882 .
